Camp Rules
- Camp Holiday Lake requires masks in all public buildings which will include the dining hall.
- All Camp Staff are expected to be vaccinated.
- We have asked the camp about food service and dining expectations, please stay tuned.
- We are tracking the Covid classifications but as of now Appomattox is considered a HIGH risk area.
Numina Plans
- We will be placing housing in the standard summer bunks instead of the heated bunk houses. The bunk houses are too many beds for us to provide a Covid Safe environment.
- There are 15 cabins (listed as Cabins 1-15) on this site, so please identify teams of no more than 4 you would like to house with. In groups with more than 4 people please let us know that you'd like the 2 or more groups to be near each other.
- If you have a medical need that requires you to be near a bath house, please do let us know and we will accommodate your team.
- Normal temps for this time is between mid 60s and mid 40s. If you have a medical need that requires a heated cabin, please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate.
- With all the new players and the requirements for Covid we may not be using the standard configuration of cabins and won't know until we are closer to the event. This may involve moving teams normal sleeping space, temples or other "fixed" locations of the town on the site. (This notice is to be transparent and set expectations in case we need to make changes).
- We will set aside the pavilion area outside of the dining hall as PC recreational space. Please do set up chairs, tables, props and other things within this space to make it a comfortable area to relax between adventures.
- Tenting is an option. If you would rather have a tent than a cabin, please include that in your housing request along with your tent size. We will be assigning tent spaces to prevent tripping hazards or people walking into your tents.
